In addition to standard testing, we offer repairs, diagnostics, and leak locating to determine the best course of action in the event testings do not pass. We provide multiple options, work to create the best timeline for you, and always try to save the client money by making the most efficient repairs as possible.

Our real estate office has used Matt with A1 recently and we found that he is easy to communicate with, does a good job and his pricing is competitive. Matt was able to test despite the deep, heavy snow we have been having. We found that he is quick to respond and easy to schedule. Residing in beautiful Truckee, California, A-1 Testing / Maintenance, Inc. is family owned and operated by Matt Wied and family. Matt is married to Bryn Wied, and together they have 5 children. They consist of Jamison (daughter, age 9), Coen (adopted son, age 6), Judah (adopted son, age 4), Emre (daughter, age 3), and Crosby (adopted son age 2)
